Whiskey Jam
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon; 
- .75 ounces of lemon juice; 
- 2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite); 
- Garnish with strawberry slices; 
- Ice 
PREPARATION:
- Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle. 
- Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake. 
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 
- Garnish with strawberry slices.
