Whiskey Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;

  • .75 ounces of lemon juice;

  • 2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite);

  • Garnish with strawberry slices;

  • Ice

PREPARATION:

  1. Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle.

  2. Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake.

  3. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with strawberry slices.
