The Ruby Sour Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon;
½ ounce aromatic bitters;
1 ounce lemon juice;
½ ounce orange juice;
½ ounce agave syrup;
1 ounce dry red wine;
1 egg white;
Mint sprig for garnish.
PREPARATION:
Combine everything except the wine in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake hard to chill and combine.
Fine strain into a coupe glass.
Float red wine on top.
Garnish and enjoy!
