The Ruby Sour Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon;

  • ½ ounce aromatic bitters;

  • 1 ounce lemon juice;

  • ½ ounce orange juice;

  • ½ ounce agave syrup;

  • 1 ounce dry red wine;

  • 1 egg white;

  • Mint sprig for garnish.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine everything except the wine in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard to chill and combine.

  3. Fine strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Float red wine on top.

  5. Garnish and enjoy!
