The Ruby Sour Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon; 
- ½ ounce aromatic bitters; 
- 1 ounce lemon juice; 
- ½ ounce orange juice; 
- ½ ounce agave syrup; 
- 1 ounce dry red wine; 
- 1 egg white; 
- Mint sprig for garnish. 
PREPARATION:
- Combine everything except the wine in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
- Shake hard to chill and combine. 
- Fine strain into a coupe glass. 
- Float red wine on top. 
- Garnish and enjoy!
