Apple Cider Bourbon Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz JW Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;

  • 02 oz apple cider syrup;

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice;

  • 4 oz sparkling wine or sparking apple cider;

  • cranberries for garnish

  • ice

INGREDIENTS (Apple Cider Syrup):

  • 3 cups apple cider;

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar;

  • 2 cinnamon sticks;

  • 1 vanilla bean split in half.

PREPARATION (Cocktail):

  1. Combine bourbon, apple cider syrup, lemon juice and a bit of ice in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a glass with ice.

  3. Top with sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider and garnish with cranberries.
