Deep Spring

Named after J.W. Kelly’s original distillery, founded in Chattanooga in 1866.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ounce of J.W. Kelly Golden Age Rye Whiskey;

• 1 ounce dry Vermouth;

• 1 ounce Campari;

• Orange twist (about thumb-sized)

• Ice

PREPARATION:

1. Combine all in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. Express the orange zest over the drink and drop into the glass.

This whiskey cocktail offers some local flavor. It’s named after the original location of J.W. Kelly’s cigar shop in downtown Chattanooga. (Feel free to enjoy with your favorite cigar!)

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 oz J.W. Kelly Golden Age Rye Whiskey;

• 1/2 oz Peach liqueur;

• 1 oz Grapefruit juice;

• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice;

• 2-4 dashes of bitters

• Crushed ice.

PREPARATION:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled.

2. Serve in an old-fashioned glass.
