Kelly's Grasshopper
INGREDIENTS
1 oz J.W. Kelly Melrose Rye Whiskey;
1/2 oz Crème de menthe;
1/2 oz Kahlua;
1 oz Heavy Cream
Chocolate sauce, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles
Andes candies (for garnish).
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients (except cocoa powder) into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a chilled cocktail glass.
Pour mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy (if desired).
Cranberry Maple Bourbon Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces cranberry juice (not cocktail)
1 ounce maple syrup
2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon
1/2 to 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
Orange slices for garnish
Sugared Cranberries Skewered for garnish (optional)
For the sugared cranberries:
2 Cups sugar, divided
12 oz fresh cranberries
PREPARATION (Cocktail):
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then add the cranberry juice, maple syrup, bourbon and Grand Marnier.
Shake vigorously. Strain into a double old fashioned glass, over ice.
Garnish with an orange slice and a skewer of sugared cranberries (optional)
PREPARATION (For the Cranberries):
Note: this is optional since it is garnish.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine ½ cup of water and ½ cup of sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cranberries until well coated. Let them sit in the syrup for 30 minutes.
With a slotted spoon transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and let them dry for at least 1 hour.
Roll the cranberries in the remaining 1 ½ cup of sugar until well coated. Let them dry for about an hour.

Hot Whiskey Chai Latte
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups whole milk (or non-dairy milk);
4 sachets/bags chai tea;
1/4 cup light brown sugar or 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup;
1/2 cup J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey;
Cinnamon sticks and whipped cream for garnish.
PREPARATION:
Heat the milk in a double boiler on medium-low until it is hot to the touch. Alternatively, you can heat it up in the microwave on half power for 30 seconds at a time until it's hot to the touch.
Once the milk is warmed up (remove from heat), add in the tea and let steep for 5-10 minutes, or until desired flavor.
Remove (strain) tea and transfer to a saucepan.
After the chai latte is ready, reheat it in the saucepan over medium low heat. Add in the whiskey/bourbon and sugar.
Serve hot and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of whipped cream.
