INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz J.W. Kelly/Read House 150th Anniversary Limited Edition Bourbon;

  • .5 oz Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur;

  • .5 oz lemon juice;

  • Ginger Beer to top;

  • Lemon & orange garnish.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and cranberry liqueur with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon and orange slices.

Whiskey Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;

  • .75 ounces of lemon juice;

  • 2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite);

  • Garnish with strawberry slices;

  • Ice

PREPARATION:

  1. Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle.

  2. Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake.

  3. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with strawberry slices.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar;

  • lemon wedges;

  • 3 ounces (or 1/2 cup) seedless watermelon, cut into 1” cubes;

  • 2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;

  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice;

  • 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce;

  • Ice.

PREPARATION:

  1. Place 1/2 teaspoon of sugar on a small plate, wet rim of cocktail glass with lemon wedge, lightly press into sugar.

  2. Combine watermelon, bourbon, lemon juice, adobo sauce, and remaining sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  3. Shake until well chilled.

  4. Strain into the rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice.
