Get this cocktail in The Read House Bar!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz J.W. Kelly/Read House 150th Anniversary Limited Edition Bourbon; 
- .5 oz Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur; 
- .5 oz lemon juice; 
- Ginger Beer to top; 
- Lemon & orange garnish. 
PREPARATION:
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and cranberry liqueur with ice and stir until well chilled. 
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon and orange slices. 
Whiskey Jam
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon; 
- .75 ounces of lemon juice; 
- 2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite); 
- Garnish with strawberry slices; 
- Ice 
PREPARATION:
- Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle. 
- Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake. 
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 
- Garnish with strawberry slices.

Tennessee Devil
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar; 
- lemon wedges; 
- 3 ounces (or 1/2 cup) seedless watermelon, cut into 1” cubes; 
- 2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon; 
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice; 
- 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce; 
- Ice. 
PREPARATION:
- Place 1/2 teaspoon of sugar on a small plate, wet rim of cocktail glass with lemon wedge, lightly press into sugar. 
- Combine watermelon, bourbon, lemon juice, adobo sauce, and remaining sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 
- Shake until well chilled. 
- Strain into the rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice.
