Get this cocktail in The Read House Bar!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz J.W. Kelly/Read House 150th Anniversary Limited Edition Bourbon;
.5 oz Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur;
.5 oz lemon juice;
Ginger Beer to top;
Lemon & orange garnish.
PREPARATION:
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and cranberry liqueur with ice and stir until well chilled.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon and orange slices.
Whiskey Jam
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;
.75 ounces of lemon juice;
2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite);
Garnish with strawberry slices;
Ice
PREPARATION:
Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle.
Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake.
Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with strawberry slices.

Tennessee Devil
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar;
lemon wedges;
3 ounces (or 1/2 cup) seedless watermelon, cut into 1” cubes;
2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;
1/2 ounce lemon juice;
1 teaspoon of adobo sauce;
Ice.
PREPARATION:
Place 1/2 teaspoon of sugar on a small plate, wet rim of cocktail glass with lemon wedge, lightly press into sugar.
Combine watermelon, bourbon, lemon juice, adobo sauce, and remaining sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into the rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice.
