INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon; 
- ½ ounce lemon juice; 
- 5 raspberries; 
- 1 heaping teaspoon raspberry jam; 
- Garnish with raspberries. 
PREPARATION:
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, raspberries and raspberry jam in a shaker. 
- Shake mixture then strain over fresh ice

The Ruby Sour Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon; 
- ½ ounce aromatic bitters; 
- 1 ounce lemon juice; 
- ½ ounce orange juice; 
- ½ ounce agave syrup; 
- 1 ounce dry red wine; 
- 1 egg white; 
- Mint sprig for garnish. 
PREPARATION:
- Combine everything except the wine in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
- Shake hard to chill and combine. 
- Fine strain into a coupe glass. 
- Float red wine on top. 
- Garnish and enjoy!

The Gold Rush
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces J.W. Kelly Single Barrel bourbon; 
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice; 
- ¾ ounce honey syrup (recipe follows); 
- Lemon twist for garnish. 
PREPARATION:
- Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. 
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. 
- Garnish with lemon twist. 
INGREDIENTS (Honey Syrup):
- 1 cup honey; 
- 1 cup water. 
PREPARATION (Honey Syrup):
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. 
- Simmer until honey is dissolved, stirring occasionally. 
- Remove from heat and let cool. 
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
