INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz J.W. Kelly/Read House 150th Anniversary Limited Edition Bourbon;

  • .5 oz Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur;

  • .5 oz lemon juice;

  • Ginger Beer to top;

  • Lemon & orange garnish.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and cranberry liqueur with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon and orange slices.

Named after J.W. Kelly’s original distillery, founded in Chattanooga in 1866.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ounce of J.W. Kelly Golden Age Rye Whiskey;

  • 1 ounce dry Vermouth;

  • 1 ounce Campari;

  • Orange twist (about thumb-sized)

  • Ice

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  3. Express the orange zest over the drink and drop into the glass.

Whiskey Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 ounces of J.W. Kelly Single Barrel Bourbon;

  • .75 ounces of lemon juice;

  • 2 spoonfulls of strawberry jam (or your favorite);

  • Garnish with strawberry slices;

  • Ice

PREPARATION:

  1. Add jam into a cocktail shaker to muddle.

  2. Then add lemon juice, whiskey, and ice and shake.

  3. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with strawberry slices.
